7am – Morning walk – Early bird catches the worm and we like to start our day with a beautiful walk around the rolling countryside. Walking is one of the best ways to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle, relieve stress and start your day with a clear head.
8am – Breakfast – Variety is the spice of life and we know that one eating plan doesn’t fit all so we offer a mix of different meal options throughout the week. This gives you the chance to try healthy and nutritious meals, for some new ideas and something a little bit different.
8:45am – Warm Up for Fitness – We believe that warming up is one of the most important parts of your workout, this gives you chance to mobilise, stretch and help prevent injury. We will educate you on a range of different options for warming up at home and in the gym.
9am – Morning circuit – Believe it or not exercise can be fun and our morning sessions are a great way to get started. Our exercise sessions are for all levels, abilities and ages so whether you are a couch potato or a regular exerciser they can be enjoyed by all.
10:30am – Healthy snack – Move out the way morning coffee and biscuits and hello healthy options. Yes it is ok to snack but only if you are hungry and make good choices.
11am – Seminar – It’s easy for us to tell you all the information you need to know throughout the day but will you take it in at the same time as squatting? No! Our seminars give you chance to sit down and gather all the knowledge you need so that you can continue making healthy choices in your everyday life. Our seminars cover everything from nutrition, goal setting and emotional eating, to food, exercise and returning home preparation.
12pm – Lunch – All meals are freshly prepared by our onsite chef and easily replicated at home. No, it won’t be just salads or chicken and veg everyday, it will be tasty and nutritious meals that keep you fuller for longer.
You will have a variety of afternoon sessions throughout the week from walks on the beach to yoga and pilates to outside fitness sessions or group training in the gym.
4pm – End of Day/ Down Time – This is a great opportunity for you to take in and process everything you have learnt throughout the day. You may want to chill in your room and tell family and friends what you have been up to, relax in the jacuzzis or book in for a spa treatment.
6pm – Dinner – Another freshly prepared healthy meal for you to enjoy with your fellow retreaters, the perfect chance for you to try out our dinner options (again easily replicated at home), talk about your day and get excited for the next.
