Quest Retreats is based in the heart of the Devon Countryside, you will be staying in our in our 17th century stone barns/cottages, a perfect venue to hydrate, regenerate, refresh and relax. We have our converted six-bedroom stone barns and hotel rooms that are individually designed and furnished to ensure every comfort and convenience are available for your quest for a new you.
We will organise your food, giving you a variety of different dishes to try that can be easily replicated when you arrive home. Our nutritional seminars will educate you on what you are eating and why, we will also help you with food prep and planning to suit your lifestyle so you know exactly what you will need to eat when you return home. You will be eating healthy freshly prepared meals using locally sourced seasonal ingredients in our Hideaway Restaurant, some of which will be prepared by our onsite chef, and some prepared by you. Yes, we also teach you how to prepare and cook your meals for the highest health benefits.
Your exercise sessions will take part in the stunning out doors, including walks, trips to the beach and some outside fitness sessions (weather permitting).
We also have our newly converted gym with up to date equipment and new innovations such as TRX and Kettlebells. The exercise sessions will give you the opportunity to try out a range of different training methods, to help build up fitness, strength, flexibility and confidence. Our fitness sessions are for all abilities, so whether you have never exercised before or are a regular gym goer there is something or you.
We deliver seminars on goal setting as well as nutrition. These seminars are designed to educate and get you thinking about what you would like to achieve and how you can realistically achieve your goal taking into account your lifestyle. This is a great opportunity for you to sit back and think about you, and what you want rather than thinking about everyone else first. We help you put together a plan for when you arrive home to make sure you keep to a healthy lifestyle, this will look at your nutrition, exercise, relaxation and YOU TIME.
We offer a range of relaxation activities, included in your program are yoga and pilates classes. A great way slow down the pace and focus on your mind and body. An optional extra would be visiting our Hideaway Spa which has a wide range of treatments on offer or our therapist for one to one NLP or Hypnotherapy Sessions.
